Aya Nakamura is invited to perform at the next Fortnite Soundwave Series concert.

Fortnite is a survival game where players engage in a battle royale to be the last man standing. Every season, Fortnite issues a Soundwave Series with multiple artists to lead the concert. In previous seasons, Soundwave Series has brought multiple pop artists such as Gen Hoshino, Tones and I, and Emicida. Likewise, Fortnite invited French-Malian singer Aya Nakamura, known for her hit “Copines” and “Djadja,” to welcome Season 4 Chapter 3.

Fortnite Soundwave Series will air back-to-back for 72 hours on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 12 PM (ET). The setlist involves 18 songs like Djadja, Copines, Fly, VIP, and many more. This will give players time to attend as it runs continuously. In order to join the concert, follow these instructions carefully:

  • Make sure that Fortnite is downloaded on your device (Available for free on Playstation 5, Playstation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Android)
  • Click “Soundwave Series: Aya Nakamura” and input the island code 3500-0540-0065

Another option to watch this experience is through Picture-in-Picture. This is enabled while playing modes in Fortnite, like Battle Royale. However, this is only available during specific times of the concert:

  • October 6 at 12 PM (ET)
  • October 7 at 3 PM (ET)
  • October 8 at 2 PM (ET)
  • October 9 at 8 PM (ET)

After completing this concert, players can earn XP, Aya’s Island Loading Screen, and Soundwave Series – Aya Nakamura Spray. Also, to fully immerse yourselves in this concert, an emote based on Nakamura’s song “Copines” will be available in the Fortnite Shop on October 5 at 8 PM (ET).

Luckily, content creators in the SAC (Support-A-Creator) program can host VOD content from the Fortnite concert on Youtube. This can last for seven days and can be monetized. If the creator is not a member of the program, highlights can still be posted but will not be monetized on Youtube.
