best deals today: amazon places $149+ discounts and more on apple's 24-inch imac (2021)

A surprising array of deals are now available on Amazon. According to MacRumors, the said online retail giant is now featuring Apple’s iMac, one of the most well-received Apple products for 2021. You might be able to purchase the item with a significant price reduction if you check the listing today.

However, according to Expert Reviews, the price for this specific variant starts at $1356.14 and includes 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD. From there, prices rise in $217.16 increments. It costs $1573.30 to upgrade to a full 8-core GPU and $1790.45 to upgrade to a 512GB SSD. It will cost you an additional $217.16 to increase the RAM to 16GB.

The iMac (24-inch, 2021) Is Now Live on Amazon

Based on a review by The Verge, the iMac includes almost all of the features that the majority of people require: processing power, a powerful camera, speakers, microphones, a keyboard, a mouse, a trackpad, and a display. “They are all good,” says the honest review.

Since it relies on the powerful and effective M1 chip, an ARM-based SoC created by Apple itself, this multipurpose desktop does away with the previous chip system. This makes the iMac a dependable device for your work needs as well as a device for various schoolwork.

You can get significant price cuts of up to $149 during the checkout process. You will only pay $1,349.99 for the yellow 256GB model with 8GB of RAM and an M1 chip. For just $1,199.99, you can get a more powerful model with 512GB of storage.

You can find a more detailed pricing guide for the iMac here for the yellow 256GB model with 8GB of RAM and here for the 512GB model. Check the listing today to secure a new iMac with next-generation processors.

If you want to compare prices with other retailers, eBay has the same products with a slight difference in pricing. View the eBay listings here.

A Closer Look

As per a TechRadar report, the iMac (24-inch, 2021) is almost always superior to its 21.5-inch predecessor. For the same price, it offers a better, bigger screen, a fresh, contemporary look, and top-notch performance. This is a great option if you have been considering an all-in-one for work and play.

The iMac has a more elegant and appealingly minimalist design despite costing more than the M1 Mac mini. The ability to run iOS and macOS apps on this desktop iMac sets it apart from the competition. The M1 processor in the iMac is also reportedly just as powerful as the one in the 13-inch MacBooks.

The Apple M1 iMac chip, RAM, related hardware, and everything else are crammed into a really narrow logic board that could fit entirely within the desktop’s small chin, as stated in a 2021 report from Tech Times. An X-ray image reveals that while the device conceals its antennas inside the Apple logo, this time around they aren’t really shaped like the typical apple.
