Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion has 15 Shop Locations. Unlocking all Shops earns you the Shop Completionist trophy and achievement (unlocked all shops).
Two Shops are found during the story (Chapter 3 & Chapter 9) and the rest comes from completing Side Missions, which you can start from any Save Point.
The Shop in Chapter 9 is highly missable! There’s no Chapter Select so you can’t go back unless you make a Manual Save. The Happy Turtle Shop from Mission 4-3-6: Stop the Assailants is also highly missable. You must accept this mission in Chapter 5 by talking to the boy with a cap in Sector 6 Slums – Park 3 after catching all Wutai Spies (talk to the officer in Chapter 5 LOVELESS avenue to start the spy hunt, see spy locations below).

To unlock this mission, in Chapter 5 talk to the officer in LOVELESS avenue and agree to help him find the Wutai Spies. You must then talk to each Spy 3 times, must find them in a fixed order: 1 – Man walking the street outside LOVELESS Avenue Theater 2 – Shinra Trooper in Sector 5 Market (go there via Fountain > Train Station) 3 – Male Shinra Employee coming out of elevator in Shinra Building Entrance, upstairs. If he doesn’t spawn right away, run in circles downstairs and upstairs again until he shows up in front of the elevators upstairs in the entrance area. 4 – Woman talking to a man in Fountain area, outside the entrance to Sector 1 Train Station 5 – Shinra Employee in front of the rocket in the Shinra Building Exhibit Room
6 – Kid with a hat in Sector 6 Slums Park (access via Train Station > Market > after leaving market turn right to enter Park).
