It also includes the fate of previous FTX employees, particularly Kevin O’Leary who lost a lot when the company went under. On the other hand, there is still time to buy the up-and-coming coins as one’s investment or a gift this Christmas season.

Bitcoin to Rally to $250,000 in mid-2023 says, Tim Draper

Tim Draper told CNBC that he is seeing massive hopes for Bitcoin for the coming mid-year in 2023, and it would be around June or July next year. In his statement, he still believes that BTC has a shot at growing its valuation for next year, and this prediction is a wild one as it predicts a 1,400 percent increase to its current number playing at around $17,000.

Draper regarded that many cryptos will fail in the coming months, and these would be the “weaker cryptocurrencies,” which would cease to exist. On the other hand, Bitcoin will remain on top and be a stronghold in the industry.

The massive growth of Bitcoin for next year still has no proof of it happening, but wild speculation from Draper’s belief and fondness of the coin.

Kevin O’Leary is No Longer Paid by FTX

Kevin O’Leary is known for being a “Shark Tank” judge and investor in the market, but he is also famous for his role as a paid spokesperson for FTX, the previous cryptocurrency exchange company from Sam Bankman-Fried.

However, after the recent downfall and bankruptcy of the famous crypto-exchange, his $15 million paycheck also ceased to exist from the company.

According to CNBC, O’Leary also lost all of his $9 million worth of investments in his cryptocurrency holdings, as well as his $1 million investment in FTX stocks. The rest of the remaining four million all gone to taxes and commissions.
