Hearthstone has a feature where players can have more than one favorite card back. The new feature allows players to have a favorite card back for each deck and multiple favorite card backs. You need to go into My Collection from the main screen to do this.

How to choose multiple favorite card backs in Hearthstone

When you make more than one card back your favorite, Hearthstone will switch it around when you play a new game. So not every match will have the same card back. To do this:

  • Go to My Collection.
  • Click on the Card Backs tab on the right side of the page.
  • Right-click on the card that you want to make a favorite.
  • Click on Toggle Favorite.
  • The card will no longer show its name under it, it will not show Favorite.
  • To undo this, press Toggle Favorite again.

How to favorite specific card backs to decks

You can also make certain card backs appear for specific decks. To do this:

  • Go to My Collection.
  • Pick a deck on the right side of the card selection and left-click it until you are at the point where you can change the cards in the deck.
  • Pick the Card Back tab at the top right side of the page.
  • Left-click and hold the card back you want, and then drag it into the open card spot on the right.
    • It will glow navy blue with a magical aura, so you know where to take it.
  • Place the card back onto the spot to make it the default one for the deck.
  • Repeat the process above with a different card back to change the card back.

From now on, whenever you use that specific hero and deck, you will use the card back you’ve chosen.
