The latest installment to the Call of Duty franchise is a free-to-play battle royale title called Warzone 2.0. Like other battle royale games, you play against other players to be the last man standing while the play zone around you shrinks. Even though the game is primarily played online with several other random players, there are still plenty of ways to play in Solos.
This mode was briefly unavailable for players when the title initially launched but it’s been fixed since then and anyone can play. But, how exactly are you able to enjoy Warzone 2.0 by yourself in Solo mode?
How to play Warzone 2.0 solo explained
There are a couple of different ways for solo players to enjoy Warzone 2.0. We listed each of these ways below as well as an explanation to be able to do it yourself:
- Join a Solo playlist.
- Toggle the Squad Fill option before searching for a match. You can do this by pressing the R2 button on PlayStation, the Right Trigger on Xbox, or the 2 on PC. Turning it on will pair you with random players while turning it off will allow you to play solo. You can do this in either the Warzone 2.0 mode or the DMZ mode.
Sometimes, you’ll be faced with different errors such as the ‘Goldflake’ error among others. If that happens, you can perform the different fixes we outlined and try the above again.
