hyundai india retails 51,600 cars in february 2021, records 29 percent growth yoy

With Maruti Suzuki firmly at the number one spot, Hyundai honors the role of being India’s second-largest automaker. Setting up shop way back in 1996, the Korean auto giant has now become one of the default companies of choice in the country. Having said that, 2020 was a pretty rough year for Hyundai as well as it saw some of its profits erode away. Hyundai was still launching new cars while some of its existing models did well, too, helping it keep its throne. As the industry stepped into 2021, the company had already drawn plans for what would be a better year.
