Kent has launched a new AI-based smart Wi-Fi camera CamEye HomeCam 360 at Rs 4,990. This is the second security camera from the brand and it records videos in Full HD resolution. The new camera can be controlled through a smartphone application. Artificial intelligence on the camera detects motion and follows the moving object. The AI can also be enabled to detect only humans which helps in avoiding unnecessary alerts whenever an animal passes by.
The new camera from Kent gets an advanced IR sensor that automatically activates on sensing low-light conditions. The recording from the camera is stored on cloud and can be accessed till 30 days. When offline, the camera recording can be stored in a micoSD card and can be pushed online whenever the internet connectivity resumes. The offline storage on the camera can be extended up to 128 GB which allows users to store video recording for up to 60 days.
