After launching the affordable Poco M4 Pro series, Poco has now unveiled the Poco F4 GT flagship phone in the global market. Launched today, the Poco F4 GT is currently limited to Europe currently and is soon expected to hit the other Asian markets including India. The Poco F4 GT, as the name suggests is the successor to the Poco F3 GT from 2021.
The F4 GT is powered by the latest available Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The last-gen F3 GT was powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. The new device launched by Poco today comes with a 120W fast charging, a flat 120Hz AMOLED display, and it comes with a 64MP rear camera.
Poco F4 GT: Price and Availability
The Poco F4 GT starts at EUR 599 (~Rs 49,900)for the base variant with 8GB RAM and the top of the line 12GB+256GB costs EUR 699(~Rs 57,200). The device will be available in Knight Silver, Stealth Black, and Cyber Yellow colour options and will be available in Europe starting April 28. The phone will be available for EUR 100 less for the first few days.
Poco F4 GT: Specifications
The Poco F4 GT sports a 6.67-inch flat screen AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support, a 480Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+ certification, and the screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The device also comes with a Displaymate A+ rating. Under the hood, the phone is powered by a 4nm based Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor with a clock speed of up to 3GHz. The phone comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The Poco phone draws power from a 4700mAh battery unit with support for 120W fast charging. A full charge will take just 17 minutes.
In the camera department, the Poco F4 GT sports a triple rear camera with a 64MP main camera (Sony IMX686), an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, the phone comes with a 20MP Sony IMX596 sensor. The Poco F4 GT is a gaming-centric device and it comes with Liquid Cooling 3.0, which has a large 4860mm² vapour chamber for heat dissipation and better airflow. The device also comes with magnetic pop-up triggers (shoulder keys), a game tuner, and 4D vibration.

In terms of build quality, the phone comes with a metal midframe, 8.5mm thick, and 210g weight. For audio, the phone offers a quad speaker setup, Dolby Atmos support, and Hi-Res audio certification. It runs on Android 12 based on MIUI 13. Other features include 5G, 4G, 4×4 MIMO, WiFi 6, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, RGB notification lights around the camera, cyber engine linear motor, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
