Marking its 10th year as an authorised BMW dealer in Malaysia, Wheelcorp Premium together with BMW Group Malaysia recently opened the door to its latest dealership outlet in the nation. Located in Bukit Tinggi, the new facility is intended to serve customers in the Klang vicinity, as well as surrounding townships including Shah Alam, Setia Alam, and Kota Kemuning.
Taking the form of a 4S centre, the new 170,000 square-feet facility will house a showroom displaying BMW, BMW i, BMW M, Mini, and pre-owned Premium Selection vehicles, alongside a full-blown service centre with 20 bays, as well as a spare parts centre.
The unique outlet also offers a NEXTGen Luxury space for its customers featuring luxurious kitchen equipment from De Dietrich, as well as an Ogawa Relaxation Zone, and Starbucks coffee in one of its two Isetta Bar lounges.
In terms of aftersales services, Wheelcorp Premium says that the service centre can handle a capacity of 80 appointments per day, complemented by a drive-through fast-lane service for customers requiring on-the-go maintenance and repairs.
The BMW Bukit Tinggi 4S centre will also be offering several customer-dedicated services and facilities, including insurance renewal and trade-in services, along with Reception at the Car (RATC), merchandise and accessories collection, plus DC charging facilities.
Speaking at the launch, BMW Group Malaysia Managing Director Hans de Visser said, “…We are constantly looking in growing our presence in new areas which have tremendous business potential. Klang, Shah Alam, Kota Kemuning, and Setia Alam in the Klang Valley are such areas.
“Over the next five years, we will see the premium segment in these areas grow by over 20% and we need to prime ourselves to meet this growth,” he added.
Wheelcorp Premium Bukit Tinggi 4S Centre is located at Lot 142646, Jalan Remia 5/KS 07, Ambang Botanik, 41200 Klang. They operate from 8.30 am to 7.00 pm on Monday to Saturday, and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday.
