There are several types of Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, many of which have held items that will boost the power of this type. Dragon is one of the strongest types in the game, featuring many powerful Pokémon and great resistances. This may leave you wondering what item will power up Dragon-type moves in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

The item that boosts Dragon-type moves in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is the Dragon Fang. When held by a Pokémon, it will increase Dragon-type moves by 20 percent. It does not have to be a Dragon Pokémon that uses this item, as the effect will apply to any Dragon-type move used by any Pokémon of any type. The higher the power of the Dragon-type move, the more that move’s power will be boosted.
