The app is available in the most updated OS of iPhones, the iOS 16, so there is no need to download it.

The upcoming update will allow iPhone users to use the Apple Fitness+ and its complete contents without relying on an Apple Watch.

More than 3,000 studio-style workouts and meditations will become accessible due to the change. Users will see the trainer’s guidance and interval timing onscreen. Details like the estimated calories burned when they finish certain exercises will also be available.

This promotes iPhone users to have finally or keep a healthy, active lifestyle even without an Apple Watch.
