Glints, the Singapore-based talent platform and solution, has on Tuesday announced the appointment of Jessica Le as its new general manager in Vietnam.

Under Le’s leadership, she will be responsible for overall business strategy and operations in Vietnam, Glints said in a statement.

According to the statement, the task includes scaling Glints’ recruitment services business, strengthening and expanding its client base, and further expanding into manufacturing and the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sectors in Vietnam.

According to the statement, Le comes with a strong track record with more than 16 years of experience in scaling
businesses, assembling high-performing teams, and driving growth and revenue for the Vietnam market.

Before Glints, she was the Country Head of Merchants at Gojek Vietnam, where she led the team to a significant increase in GoFood revenue and market share.

She also led the hotel partnership team at Expedia Group, overseeing more than 1,300 key accounts and 13,000 properties.

It is noted that Glints entered the Vietnam recruitment market in 2019, and as of today, Glints Vietnam has supported more than 700,000 talent in finding jobs and 10,000 employers.

Glints’ Vietnam cross-border business continues to expand as more employers overseas seek Vietnam’s strong local talent, growing more than two times year on year.

Its clients include global and local brands such as Microsoft, AIA, Viettel, Gameloft, and BCA Digital.

Glints also entered the Hanoi market in 2022 with plans to further expand in the market and key industries such as manufacturing.

As of September 2023, Glints sees positive contribution margins across all business units, with key markets such as Vietnam achieving operational profitability.
