Details of the upcoming Royal Enfield motorcycle are yet to be officially announced.
Royal Enfield is said to be working on a new 650cc Scrambler offering. The motorcycle has been spied testing in the UK.
As seen from the spy images, the upcoming motorcycle doesn’t feature any camouflage and seems to be nearly production ready. The motorcycle can be seen sporting the same 648cc parallel-twin engine from the Interceptor and Continental GT offerings. However, unlike its siblings, the new motorcycle features a single-side upswept exhaust.
Other details seen from the image include an Interceptor 650-styled fuel tank, single-piece seat with grab handles at the rear, dual shock absorbers at the rear and inverted forks at the front, disc brakes at both ends and even a saree-guard.
Details of the upcoming Royal Enfield motorcycle are yet to be officially announced. The motorcycle will go on sale in India and a few other international markets as well. It will be positioned alongside the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 models. The 650cc range will also include a cruiser motorcycle, which is also expected to make its debut soon.
