The World Ducati Week is the international gathering that brings the Ducati community, called Ducatisti, together every two years. With the 2021 edition postponed till this year, due to the pandemic, the dates for World Ducati Week 2022 have been announced. The eleventh edition of the international gathering in the world of two wheels will be held from July 22 to July 24 at the “Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli” in Italy. For the occasion, the Adriatic coast will be transformed with an unparalleled mix of roaring engines, track sessions, riding experiences, parades, shows and more, all involving the world of Ducati motorcycles.
(Ducati riders from as many as 73 countries participated in the World Ducati Week 2018)
Among the most exciting attractions is the Race of Champions, the unique and extraordinary race that sees Ducati riders compete against each other on the track at the Misano World Circuit. Ducati riders who compete on circuits all over the world every weekend in MotoGP, Superbike and Supersport championships will take part in a unique race on the track. Entrance for participants coming from India is free of charge, but it is mandatory for each participant to request his/her free pass on the WDW2022 online ticketing platform.
Passes are available in two categories. The Biker Pass is for a participant with motorcycle, and the Visitor Pass is for passenger or participant on foot. The passes can be valid for one day or all three days of the event. Both passes give access to public areas of the event, with the opportunity to take part for free in many activities, from contests to talks with Ducati engineers, designers and experts, to autograph sessions with riders. The three-day pass also offers some unique opportunities, including ride on the track with your own motorcycle, test rides of Ducati models and the Ducati Riding Academy classes. All World Ducati Week ticket holders will be able to visit the Ducati Factory and Museum in Borgo Panigale at a reduced cost.
